Shipping & Handling

We use multiple different carrier services to deliver your package within the US and Abroad.

Shipping rates are calculated by your ship to address and the type of shipping service you have selected.

If your tracking information shows that a notice was left at the residence/business. This indicates that no one was available to sign for the package and your package will have to be retrieved fro your local post office. USPS typically holds packages for up to 14 days. If the package is not retrieved they will return it back to our shipping facility.

THE LUXE MODE is not responsible for lost or stolen packages, or delays by the post office or FedEx.  All prices on our site are in US dollars and charged in US dollars.  

Orders ship within 24-48 business hours unless the item is listed as a pre-order. For all pre-orders please refer to the item description to see when the item ships.

Please carefully check your address. In the event that a customer request for their order to be resent upon return, there will be an additional shipping and handling fee. If for any reason your item is not deliverable and is return to the store the customer will be issued a refund for the purchase price of the items (not including shipping) shipping charges will not be refunded. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages if your package has been lost or stolen please contact USPS or FedEx according to your tracking information. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
